SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Assemblers for a client in Libertyville, IL. Assemblers are responsible for building, wiring, and inspecting lighting fixtures and related components to ensure each product meets company quality and safety standards.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members!  All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities of the Assembler:
  • Assemble lighting fixtures, brackets, wiring harnesses, and related parts according to production instructions and schematics
  • Perform basic electrical wiring, fastening, and labeling components
  • Inspect assembled parts for quality and accuracy before packaging
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively 
  • Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining quality
  • Assist with inventory control and material handling when needed
 Required Qualifications of the Assembler:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and work orders
  • Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Experience in lighting or electrical assembly preferred
  • Basic understanding of different lens types ( clear, frosted, diffused, etc.)
