Assembler

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling various components and systems according to specifications and schematics. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency with hand tools and the ability to read and interpret technical documents. The Assembler will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards before they are delivered to customers. Receive up to $1.00 per hour increase after 90 day probation period.

Duties

• Assemble components and systems using hand tools and equipment.
• Interpret and follow schematics, prints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
• Operate electrical testing equipment such as an Cirris tester to verify connections and functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools.
• Understanding of electrical components and systems is advantageous.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities are essential for success in this role.
