Assembly / Production Associate Location: Middletown Shift: Monday–Friday 3PM-11PM Pay: $19.00/hour + DOE (plus $1.25/hr shift diff.) Schedule: Full-time with possible overtime Duration: Temp to Hire
Signature Staffing is hiring Assembly / Production Associates for a well-established manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience looking for a stable 3rd shift role with strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
Perform hand assembly of electronic components and cable assemblies
Read and follow work instructions, prints, and schematics
Operate manual and semi-automated production equipment
Complete final assembly, packaging, and inspection of products
Accurately record production data and maintain quality documentation
Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed
Follow all safety, PPE, and company procedures
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
At least 6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read instructions or blueprints
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
