Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift | Monday–Thursday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a manufacturing company in Mankato, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality products while working in a hands-on, team-oriented production environment. What You’ll Do as an Assembler:- Assemble products according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Use hand and manual tools to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect products to ensure quality, fit, and function meet specifications
- Perform basic quality checks and equipment upkeep
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist with additional production tasks and team projects as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- Ability to stand and perform physical work for 8–10 hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and written instructions
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to use hand tools and operate equipment such as pallet jacks or hoists
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
