Job Title: Assembler / Manufacturing Assembler
Location: Pomona, CA
Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2
Job Description:- Assemble, fill, package, and label reagents/products following work instructions.
- Set up and adjust filling equipment (Masterflex) using guidelines.
- Complete paperwork and production documentation accurately.
- Read work orders and follow GMP/quality procedures.
- Rotate between assembly, packaging, and prep tasks throughout the day.
- Perform basic equipment cleaning and minor maintenance.
- Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Stand for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
- Use basic computer skills and minimal Excel for documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Required Experience & Skills:- 2 5 years of assembly, filling, packaging, or manufacturing experience.
- Packaging experience in pharma, medical device, or food manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read work orders and follow instructions.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- GMP/manufacturing environment knowledge preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
