Perform assembly of electromechanical switches and panel components following quality standards, with proficiency in setup, testing, and soldering.
Work from drawings and instructions to hand assemble small parts using tools, perform trimming, lead forming, electrical testing, riveting, wire stripping, and etching.
Inspect assemblies to ensure quality, maintain production records, and utilize fixtures, gauges, and test equipment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Cross-trained to handle at least 80% of assembly tasks and capable of performing off-line work.
Requires ability to communicate in English and Spanish, attention to detail, teamwork, and occasional heavy lifting.
Compensation ranges from $17-$20/hr.
