Monday Friday
Shift: 4:45 AM 3:15 PM or 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM or 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Job Overview:
We are hiring an Operator I to support the manufacturing of medical devices in a production environment. This role involves assembling, testing, repairing, and handling medical device components while following quality and safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and inspect medical device components
Perform testing and basic repair tasks
Follow written procedures and work instructions
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Use scanners, computers, and electronic systems for data tracking
Handle small parts and components carefully
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Support quality and process improvement initiatives
Work effectively in a team environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to read and understand written instructions (minimum 7th-grade reading level required)
Basic computer skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Comfortable handling small parts and repetitive work
Strong communication skills
Dress Code:
Clean, non-shedding clothing required in the production area. No open-toe shoes, jewelry, strong fragrances, artificial nails, or loose-fitting clothing.
