Seeking experienced Production Assemblers for a small, privately owned manufacturing business with multiple divisions.
Position: Perform routine assembly of components and subassemblies following military, aerospace, and industry standards, using visual aids and instructions.
Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials; perform wire cutting, bonding, stripping, potting, and connector assembly; operate hand and power tools; maintain clean and organized work areas; adhere to safety and quality policies.
Qualifications: Experience in cable/harness and connector assembly for aerospace/military applications; soldering per MIL-STD and IPC standards; detail-oriented with good eyesight and finger dexterity; familiarity with continuous improvement techniques; MIL-STD experience preferred.
