Handle and process quartz crystal resonators through various production steps in a cleanroom environment, using tweezers and a microscope to assemble small parts with care.
Load finished components onto trays without damage, following standard operating procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
**Requirements:**
High School Diploma; technical school a plus.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Strong communication, steady hand, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
High attention to detail and willingness to learn in a team setting.
