This is a third shift assembler position in Urbana, OH, offering competitive pay of $21.87/hour plus shift differential, with low-cost benefits starting soon after hire and growth opportunities.
- Assemble components per instructions, using hand and power tools.
- Perform quality checks, package products, and maintain a clean work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Requirements include the ability to stand, lift 25-50 pounds, follow instructions, and work safely with PPE.
- Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing or assembly experience, and basic mechanical and computer skills.
- Work environment involves warehouse conditions with exposure to temperature variations, dust, and noise.
