What You’ll Do

• Support assembly and material handling operations
• Coordinate the movement and replenishment of materials
• Help maintain accurate inventory and organized work areas
• Support Kanban and Just-in-Time (JIT) replenishment processes
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track materials and inventory
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Communicate with multiple departments to keep production running smoothly
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, material handling, or inventory
• Understanding of material flow and inventory management
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with Kanban and JIT replenishment
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Forklift or material handling equipment certification preferred
