Assembler / Material Handler

The Assembler / Material Handler is responsible for supporting both production and warehouse operations by assembling products to specification while ensuring materials are safely moved, staged, and supplied to production areas to maintain an efficient workflow.

PAY RATE: 18.00 hour
LOCATION:Hamilton, OH 45015
POSITION: Right to Hire

The role includes fabricating and assembling components, operating assembly equipment and small machinery, interpreting work orders and blueprints, inspecting product quality, packaging finished goods and kits, and meeting daily production goals.

In addition, the position is responsible for supplying raw materials to production, transporting materials and finished goods throughout the facility, loading and organizing pallets, supporting inventory activities, and maintaining accurate material flow between warehouse and manufacturing operations. Employees are expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment, report equipment issues or product defects, and assist other departments as operational needs require.


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent – Required
  • Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to safely operate and/or become certified to operate material handling equipment
  • Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Requires flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, and repetitive manual tasks throughout the workday
