  • Work in a hands-on, high-impact role supporting critical production operations
  • Shifts: 7AM – 4PM OR 3:30PM – 11:30PM, Monday to Friday. 
What You Will DoPump Assembly (2nd Shift Focus)
  • Assemble pumps, sub-assemblies, and related components using engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Perform mechanical tasks including fitting, alignment, torquing, and installation of seals, bearings, impellers, and couplings
  • Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks) to move materials and finished goods
  • Track production and maintain accurate records in ERP systems
Electrical & Mechanical Assembly
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Perform electrical assembly including wiring, connectors, and harnessing
  • Complete mechanical assembly tasks such as fastening, fitting, and component installation
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and functionality standards are met
General Manufacturing Assembly
  • Assemble products according to specifications
  • Test assemblies to confirm compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes
What You Need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2–5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and instructions.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including occasional weekends.
  • Steel toe boots are required. 
Preferred: 
  • Experience with pump assembly, electrical wiring/harnessing, welding and fabrication preferred. 
  • Familiarity with hydrostatic testing and vibration concepts preferred.
Physical Requirements: 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8–10 hour shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a environment with noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
