Assembler - Mechanical

Our client is seeking experienced Assembly Technicians to join their manufacturing team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble seating components, frames, cushions, hardware, and related products according to engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and production equipment safely and effectively.

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Perform adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor rework when necessary.

• Work closely with fabrication, upholstery, composite, and quality departments to meet production goals.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.

• Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, carpentry, cabinetry, or related experience required

• MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS

• Ability to read tape measures and basic technical drawings.

• Experience using hand tools, drills, rivet guns, and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
