Assembler Medical

Basic Clean Room Assembler

Execute disposable set assembly, in-process visual inspections, and packaging using applicable drawings and/or approved standard operating procedures and in compliance with Medical Devices Quality System, ISO 13485 under the direction of the clean room supervisor.

Transfer and storage of materials throughout manufacture.

Perform cleaning operations in accordance with the approved standard operating procedure.

Identify all non-conforming materials, work in-process and final product. Complete appropriate non-conforming and work in-process reports, as applicable. Report all findings to the Supervisor.

A working knowledge is desired in:

• Working in an environmentally controlled area: cleanroom
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent hand and eye coordination
• Various solvent bonding and UV adhesive applications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No experience required
