Schedule: Mon-Thurs. - 10 hour shifts - 5:30A - 3:50P

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $18/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description:

Assemble and support medical device manufacturing processes in a regulated environment.

• Assemble, test, and refurbish electro-mechanical devices
• Follow work instructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks
• Use testing and inspection equipment to verify specifications
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Report defects, issues, and safety concerns

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of assembly/manufacturing experience (or equivalent)
• Ability to read technical instructions and follow procedures
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
• Able to work 10-hour shifts (4 days/week) with overtime as needed
• Familiarity with tools, assembly processes, or ERP systems
