This position requires the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech and be a US citizen or permanent resident.
The role involves performing tasks such as soldering, hardware installation, and post coating after appropriate training and certification.
Under close supervision, the employee will inspect their work to ensure quality and compliance with standards and specifications, while meeting productivity deadlines.
Responsibilities include adhering to all company and regulatory rules, participating in continuous improvement and audit activities, acquiring necessary skills and certifications, and maintaining a clean work environment.
The candidate will report progress to supervisors and complete assigned tasks within their skill set, supporting department objectives and personal development.
A soldering assessment must be passed post-training.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and US citizenship or permanent residency.
Preferred qualifications: Career Readiness Certification, ability to interpret schematics, follow instructions, work in repetitive environments, and good communication skills.
Must have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work in a team, intermediate computer skills, and problem-solving abilities.
The role may involve standing for over 8 hours and is eligible for overtime.
