Assembler

Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift

Pay:

  • 1st Shift: $16.00 per hour
  • 2nd Shift: $18.00 per hour

Job Overview

We are hiring dependable Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves assembling electrical and mechanical components, working with small parts, using hand tools, following production instructions, and inspecting completed products for quality.

Previous manufacturing or production assembly experience is preferred. Experience cutting, stripping, or crimping wires is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand tools.
  • Work with small parts and detailed assemblies.
  • Cut, strip, and crimp wires as required.
  • Follow written work instructions, production drawings, and assembly procedures.
  • Inspect completed products for proper assembly and quality.
  • Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrectly assembled components.
  • Maintain consistent production while meeting quality standards.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work with team members and supervisors to complete production orders on time.
  • Perform other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is required.
  • Wire cutting, stripping, or crimping experience is highly desirable but not required.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools safely and accurately.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and production drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Ability to maintain quality while working efficiently.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
