ASSEMBLER METAL PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

URGENTLY HIRING: METAL ASSEMBLER / PRODUCTION WORKER

Location: Villa Rica / Douglasville, GA Area
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM
Overtime: Required as needed, including Saturdays
Hours: Currently working up to 60 hours per week
Position: Possible Temp-to-Hire
Start Date: ASAP!

We are urgently hiring dependable, hardworking Metal Assemblers / Production Workers with recent manufacturing experience.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position in a non-climate-controlled metal manufacturing facility. Heavy lifting is required. Candidates must be prepared to perform physical work throughout the shift and assist in different production areas as needed.

Employees are currently working up to 60 hours per week. You must be available to work all required overtime, including Saturdays.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recent manufacturing experience is required

• Metal assembly or production experience

• Must be comfortable performing heavy lifting throughout the shift

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility

• Must be available for all required overtime, including Saturdays

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality

• Must be dependable and willing to help wherever needed

• Steel-toe shoes are required

• Background check and drug test are required

EXPERIENCE THAT IS A PLUS

• Metal fabrication

• Press brake operation

• Machine operation

• Metal assembly

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Industrial production experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble metal products and components

• Perform hands-on manufacturing and production work

• Lift, move, load, and unload metal materials and parts

• Use hand and power tools safely

• Assist with fabrication, machinery, or press-brake operations as needed

• Inspect completed parts for quality

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Assist in different production areas as needed

• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

• Follow all company safety procedures
