Our client, an innovative aerospace and defense organization, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their dynamic team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within this forward-thinking organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Miamisburg, OH

Pay Range: $20 per Hour

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Assemble various aerospace and defense products and components with precision and care
• Conduct basic in-process inspections, including visual and dimensional checks, and document results accurately
• Ensure all assembled products meet established quality standards and specifications
• Operate basic tools to facilitate assembly operations efficiently
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations

What's Needed?

• Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions effectively
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
• Reliability and punctuality to ensure consistent production flow
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Exclusive US Citizenship
• High School Diploma or GED required
• On-the-job training provided; no prior experience necessary
• Reliable transportation to and from work
