Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools
- Operate light machining equipment including grinders and mills
- Perform product inspections and functional testing
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Maintain production schedules and quality expectations
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Support continuous improvement and team goals
Qualifications:
- Mechanical assembly experience required
- Basic machining experience (grinder, mill, drill press, hone, or similar)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience using measuring tools preferred
- High attention to detail and quality
- High School Diploma or GED
