Job Title: Assembler
Location: Milford, CT
Pay Rate: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to support the production of custom lighting kits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to solder components with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble custom lighting kits according to customer specifications and production schedules

• Follow assembly instructions and established production procedures

• Inspect components and connections to ensure accuracy and quality

• Report any issues or inconsistencies to supervisors

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, and bend for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
