Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Requirements

• 1 year of previous assembly or manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Show up on time, geared up, and ready to work
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and machines
• Detail-driven - your work has to hold up

Job Duties:

Assembly & Production

• Read work orders, assembly drawings, and specifications
• Assemble electronic components using soldering, crimping, riveting, bolting, press-fitting, epoxy bonding, and other assembly methods
• Position, align, and install components on circuit boards, racks, cabinets, and other assemblies
• Perform assembly support tasks including potting, encapsulation, cleaning, curing, sanding, stamping, and labeling

Quality & Inspection

• Inspect assemblies and solder joints to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify, document, and report defects while performing basic rework as needed
• Record production and quality data using shop floor systems and SPC documentation

Equipment & Process Support

• Set up workstations with required tools, materials, and documentation
• Operate production equipment and perform basic preventive maintenance
• Assist with production changeovers, equipment adjustments, and material preparation
• Support assembly of larger systems and additional production tasks as assigned
