- Conduct thorough quality checks and inspections to meet strict product standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a cleanroom-compliant, organized workspace while adhering to safety and company protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support process improvements.
- Meet production targets with high accuracy, strong attention to detail, and effective use of small tools and components.
Utilize knowledge of manufacturing practices, quality control, and (preferably) medical device regulations such as FDA/ISO standards to ensure compliance and efficiency.
