About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to performing fiber optic testing and splicing, conducting cable testing, and ensuring the integrity of high-pressure systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform Fiber Optic Testing & Splicing (Outside Plant Certified)
• Conduct Low Voltage (1000V) and Medium Voltage (6000V) Cable Testing
• Measure resistance, continuity, voltage using test equipment
• Assist in Hydrostatic Pressure Testing of SDSS Umbilicals & DE Products
• Set up specialized equipment and verify leak checks
• Operate and maintain High Pressure Water Jet & Hydratron Pumps
• Record and ensure correct digital recording of test data
• Troubleshoot product and test equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all working areas
• Support a safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines
• Provide timely communication to stakeholders regarding production status

Requirements

• Experience in fiber optic testing and splicing
• Knowledge of low and medium voltage cable testing
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Familiarity with pumps, manifolds, and pressure equipment
• Minimum of [years of experience, certifications, education, etc.]

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience with CompactRIO, NI Equipment, Pressure Transducers
• Industry experience in manufacturing or related fields
