Schedule: Morning shift, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $18.00/ hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble Golf Clubs — Fit and bond shafts, heads, grips, and components according to exact specifications
- Perform Quality Checks — Verify swing weight, loft/lie accuracy, cosmetic finish, and part alignment
- Operate Tools — Safely use hand tools, epoxy systems, pneumatic tools, and measurement devices
- Follow Production Standards — Meet daily output goals while maintaining consistency and craftsmanship
- Document Work — Accurately record part numbers, measurements, and inspection results
