Assembler (Multiple Openings - Entry to Skilled)

Requirements 

• High school diploma or GED  
  1–2+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred)  
• Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, or basic schematics (electrical experience preferred for some roles)  
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools  
  Basic math and computer/data entry skills (ERP systems such as Epicor preferred)  
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and productivity  
  Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift 
• Ability to read, write, and understand English workplace instructions  
  Experience with wiring, electrical assembly, or blueprint reading (preferred, depending on role)  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment  
• Willingness to comply with pre-employment screening (where applicable) 

Employment & Compensation  

• Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire  
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule 

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00am-3:30pm  
• 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:30pm – 2:00am

Key Responsibilities 

• Assemble components and products following work instructions, drawings, and SOPs  
• Use hand and power tools to build, wire, or finish assemblies  
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications  
• Read and follow job orders, production documents, and basic diagrams or schematics  
• Complete required production documentation and data entry  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment  
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements  

Role-Specific Focus Areas (varies by assignment)

• Electromechanical: Panel building, wiring to schematics, and electrical testing 
• Cable Assembly: Building and assembling cable products in a high-volume setting  
• Distro Assembly (Small to Large Builds): Mechanical assembly of distribution units and subassemblies  
• Final Assembly / Clean-Up: Final inspection, unit finishing, cleaning, and product verification
