Assembler

Our client, in Nebraska City, a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector in Nebraska City, isseeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting both the 1st and 2nd shift teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler
Location: Nebraska City
Pay Range: $21 - 1st Shift- - $23/hr - 2nd Shift

What’s the Job?

• Assemble and inspect products to ensure high quality
• Maintain safe and efficient operations
• Monitor production and participate in continuous improvement
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines
• Complete training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift (if applicable)

 What’s Needed?

• Strong coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to read and write in English 

 What’s in it for me?

• Pay rate -- $21/hr for 1st shift or $23/hr for 2nd shift
• Shifts: 1st shift - 5 am to 3:30 pm or 2nd shift - 3:30 pm - 2 am
