No two tasks are exactly alike! You'll help manufacture products used in defense, medical, and energy storage applications while building valuable manufacturing skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Assemble products and components by following work instructions and production drawings.

• Operate, load, and unload production machinery.

• Perform hands-on assembly, soldering, wire preparation, and other manufacturing tasks as assigned.

• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks using measuring tools and gauges.

• Monitor equipment and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.

• Complete production testing and accurately record results in computer systems and production documents.

• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Communicate quality concerns, equipment issues, and safety hazards to team leaders and supervisors.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus!

• Soldering experience preferred; IPC soldering certification is a bonus.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

• Basic math skills and the ability to read measurements.

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working within tight tolerances.

• Basic computer skills and accurate recordkeeping.

• Experience with calipers, scales, testing equipment, welding, or forklifts is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and remain seated or standing for extended periods.

• Dependable, motivated, and ready to learn!

SHIFT DETAILS

First Shift

• Monday–Thursday

• 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Overtime may be required on Fridays or Saturdays, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, based on production needs.

LOCATION: NEWARK, NY

• 15 minutes from Palmyra and Lyons

• 20 minutes from Geneva

• 25 minutes from Canandaigua, Sodus, and Williamson

This is a 90-day temp-to-hire opportunity. Ultralife benefits and conversion perks are subject to eligibility and the terms of employment.

Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
