Key Responsibilities:

• Precisely assemble battery components according to detailed specifications and quality standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the process.

• Conduct thorough inspections of assembled batteries, promptly identifying and reporting any defects or irregularities to maintain product excellence.

• Safely operate hand tools and machinery, applying proper techniques to enhance efficiency while maintaining a safe working environment.

• Maintain accurate records of production output, discrepancies, and other relevant data to support ongoing process improvements.

• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to foster a secure and compliant workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus but not required.

• Excellent manual dexterity, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Good hand-eye coordination and a strong focus on quality.

Pay Details: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour
