Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to perform soldering, assembly, and related tasks for the manufacture of high-reliability frequency control and RF electronics products used in space, military, and commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

•Perform hand soldering of fine pitch surface mount and through-hole components

•Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies using measurement tools and schematics

•Conduct rework and repairs to existing assemblies

•Follow work instructions and quality standards (J-STD-001 Class 3 / IPC-610 Class 3)

•Inspect work using microscopes and ensure high workmanship standards

•Maintain organized workflow across multiple projects

•Collaborate on documentation and process improvements

Requirements:

•Proven experience soldering miniature SMT components

•Proficient with J-STD-001 or IPC-610 Class 3 standards

•Skilled in reading schematics and using measurement tools

•Ability to perform precise work under magnification

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

•Familiarity with identifying electronic components

•Experience using basic test equipment

•Basic computer skills
