The CLP Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting Compact Low Profile (CLP) Pump Station systems used in irrigation applications.
Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical and electrical components, subassemblies, piping, enclosures, and control panels.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD drawings.
Load PLC and touchscreen software into control systems.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical and mechanical assemblies.
Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, measuring devices, and multimeters.
Ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience with electrical and mechanical assembly practices.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Experience using manufacturing tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
Stand for extended periods.
Lift and move components and assemblies as needed.
Work safely with hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
