Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled
Assembler to join a dynamic manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Job Description
- Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.
- Test assembled products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
- Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Create labor records for all transactions.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Skills Required
- Mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, and use of hand tools and fixtures
- Product testing, troubleshooting, and resolving assembly or equipment issues
- Documentation of labor records and application of continuous improvement manufacturing practices
Education/Training/Certifications
- Required: High school diploma or GED
Additional requirements
- Schedule notes: 1st shift - 06:00-14:30, M-F and weekends as job demands
Pay rate
- $18 - $20 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
