Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a temporary Assembly position. This role involves assembling products and components using hand tools, following detailed instructions, and supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, comfortable working with hand tools, and have basic computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Disassemble products and components using hand and power tools
- Install new components
- Power on and test units
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Assist in the warehouse loading and unloading
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Must be mechanically Inclined and know how to use handtools
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $18.00 not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
