The Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling products according to work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules. This role involves handling materials, using hand tools and machinery, and performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications. The Assembly Operator works closely with team members and supervisors to maintain an efficient and safe production process.
Responsibilities:
• Perform assembly operations following work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to build products accurately.
• Inspect parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor the assembly process and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S and Lean principles.
• Follow production schedules and meet assigned quotas while maintaining accuracy.
• Assist with troubleshooting minor assembly issues and making necessary adjustments.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
