Now Hiring: Medical Device Operator
Intellectt Inc. is seeking motivated candidates for a Medical Device Operator position with a leading medical device manufacturer in Irvine, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, assembly, cleanroom, or medical device experience.
Location: Irvine, CA
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $19.75/hr
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, repair, and test medical devices, including pacemakers and ICD components
Follow detailed manufacturing procedures and work instructions
Handle and assemble small components with precision and accuracy
Maintain production and quality documentation
Perform data entry and tracking using computer systems
Follow GMP, quality, and safety requirements
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Medical device and/or cleanroom experience is a plus
Ability to read and follow written instructions
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks
Basic computer skills
Work Environment:
Cleanroom manufacturing environment
Strict gowning procedures required
No jewelry, makeup, artificial nails, or scented products allowed in production areas
