Job Title: Operator I Medical Device Manufacturing
Location: Plymouth, Minnesota
Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
We are hiring for an Operator I position with a leading medical device manufacturing company in Plymouth, MN. This role is responsible for supporting the production of high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities: - Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical device components including pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related assemblies
- Follow standardized manufacturing procedures and work instructions
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and traceability documentation
- Handle small components with precision and attention to detail
- Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Follow all safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Utilize electronic systems and basic computer applications for documentation and tracking
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing, assembly, or cleanroom experience is a plus
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
