Hiring: Medical Device Production Operator I

Location: Plymouth, MN
Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
Industry: Medical Device Manufacturing

We are seeking motivated Production Operators to join a leading medical device manufacturing team. This role involves assembling, repairing, testing, and inspecting life-saving medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related components in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, repair, testing, and inspection of medical device products and components
Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing procedures
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Handle small components with precision and attention to detail
Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer applications
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate effectively with team members and manufacturing leadership
Ensure traceability and compliance throughout the production process

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing, assembly, production, or medical device experience preferred
Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Comfortable working with small parts and performing repetitive tasks
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and comply with gowning requirements

Preferred Skills:
Medical device manufacturing experience
Electronic or mechanical assembly experience
Quality inspection experience
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Experience working in a regulated environment
