JSG is hiring Production Assemblers - IPC-620 to join our growing team in Orange, CA! MUST be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder 

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with excellent pay and potential for overtime.

Position Details:
Pay: $21 - $23+

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Mon-Fri) – Overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products based on detailed work instructions and blueprints

  • Perform precise soldering tasks to ensure quality and functionality of products

  • Wire assembling, including accurate routing and securing of wiring

  • Inspect components for defects using a microscope or magnifying tools

  • Follow IPC-610J standards for quality control and assembly procedures

  • Test assembled products to ensure they meet specifications

  • Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times

  • Proficient in IPC-610J standards for electronic assembly

  • Strong experience with wire assembly and soldering

  • Comfortable using microscopes and other precision tools

  • Attention to detail with the ability to work independently

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

  • Previous experience in production assembly is a plus
