Assembler

SUMMARY

Join a hands-on manufacturing team as an Assembler, building products to established work instructions, quality requirements, and production schedules. This is an onsite temp-to-hire opportunity with full-time 1st and 2nd shift options, overtime flexibility, and the chance to strengthen your manufacturing and assembly skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble products and components accurately by following written work instructions, production requirements, and safety procedures.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly equipment to complete assigned builds.
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Track the assembly process, communicate production concerns, and assist with minor troubleshooting or adjustments.
• Maintain an organized work area while following 5S, Lean, safety, and operational practices.
• Meet production schedules and assigned output expectations while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to support efficient workflow and overall production goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of assembly or related manufacturing experience; industry experience preferred.
• For 1st shift, approximately 1 year of experience is preferred, especially assembling smaller components; medical-related assembly experience is a plus.
• For 2nd shift, 1-2 years of manufacturing assembly experience preferred, including work with larger components or assemblies.
• Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform an active manufacturing role involving walking, bending, and lifting materials or equipment up to 50 lbs.

COMPENSATION: 

• 1st Shift: $17.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: $18.50/hour
