Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking Assemblers to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing operations supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Orange, VA

Pay Rate: $17.37-$18.37 Depending on shift

Shift: 1st: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 2nd: 3pm-11pm, 3rd: 11pm-7am

What's the Job?

• Assemble drain cleaning equipment, small hand tools, machines, and related products according to specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies and sub-assemblies, including operations with drill presses and hydraulic presses.
• Read and interpret blueprints, printed instructions, and electrical wiring diagrams accurately.
• Perform testing and inspection of finished products, documenting results thoroughly.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor and/or Set-Up personnel.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions.
• Experience using measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Ability to maintain basic records and reports.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and work on the manufacturing floor for up to 8 hours per shift.
