Assembler/Packer - Daytime Hours

Location: Hudson, NY

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a 30 minute unpaid lunch

Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00/hour

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble, inspect, and package quality products in a production environment. • Operate production equipment and tools while following established safety procedures. • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet customer specifications. • Maintain productivity standards and help achieve daily production goals. • Monitor equipment and report any issues to your supervisor. • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. • Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and timely completion of customer orders.

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work. • Take pride in producing high-quality work. • Can follow written and verbal instructions. • Work well independently and as part of a team. • Can stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. • Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred). • Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or production experience is helpful but not required.
