Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Efficiently pack finished products for shipment, ensuring they are secure and undamaged.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled items to maintain high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or packing roles is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
