Position: Parts Assembler / Production Assembler / Manufacturing Associate
Location: St. Charles, MO
Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts: 

Monday-Friday 

• 1st shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $19.39/hr. 

• 2nd shift - 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM | $20.89/hr.

Pay: $19.39 - $20.89/hr.

Parts Assembler Responsibilities:

• Assemble manufacturing parts and finished products
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Package and label completed products
• Read work instructions and blueprints
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report damaged tools, low inventory, or quality concerns
• Support production goals and daily manufacturing operations
• Assist team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications for Parts Assembler Jobs

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead
• Strong attention to detail and dependability
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
