We're hiring Assemblers for 1st and 2nd Shift in our clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Whether you're looking for your first manufacturing job or have previous assembly experience, we'd love to meet you!
Available Shifts
1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:45 AM-2:15 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
Earn an additional 7.5% shift differential for second shift!
No weekends!

What You'll Do
As an Assembler, you'll help build high-quality products by following work instructions and quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
Assemble products using small components and hand tools
Read work instructions, blueprints, and production travelers
Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality
Perform product testing as required
Record production and quality information
Follow safety and quality procedures
Keep your work area organized and clean
Report production or quality concerns
Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements:
Required
Willingness to learn
Good attendance and reliability
Basic math skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to perform repetitive assembly work
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Preferred (Not Required)
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
Mechanical aptitude
Basic computer/data entry skills
Experience using hand tools
