Job Title: Assembler (3rd shift)
3rd Shift: Mon-Fri
Hourly: $17hr + $1 Shift Differential (OT available)

Job Summary:
Responsible for assembling, installing, and testing parts or products following instructions, drawings, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read work orders and follow instructions (written, verbal, or visual).
  • Align and position parts using tools like jigs or fixtures.
  • Join parts by crimping, screwing, bolting, soldering, or gluing.
  • Mount components onto boards, units, or into racks and cabinets.
  • Attach small hardware (e.g., knobs, clamps, switches).
  • Perform tasks like potting, sanding, cleaning, and bonding parts.
  • Operate machines to shape or assemble components.
  • Conduct basic inspections and functional tests during assembly.
  • Set up workstations with correct parts and documentation.
  • Handle and install electrical components properly.
  • Trim or adjust parts to meet electrical or size specs.
  • Assist with repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Report any issues to team leads or supervisors.
  • Perform basic maintenance on assembly equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical assembly.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Able to work with small parts and tools.
