Assembler

About the Role

Boxes 4 U is hiring an Assembler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll work independently assembling boxes and placing containers inside them, keeping a steady pace throughout your shift. This is a straightforward, hands-on position with no special skills or prior experience required. If you can follow simple instructions, stay on your feet, and show up reliably, we'll teach you everything else you need to know.

• Assemble boxes and prepare them for packing.

• Place containers into boxes accurately and at a steady pace.

• Work independently at your station for the full shift.

• Keep your work area clean and organized.

• Follow basic safety guidelines in a warehouse setting.

• Basic reading, writing and county skills. No specialized experience or certifications needed.

• Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse that can get hot.

• Reliable, on time, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to learn — we'll provide on-the-job training.

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

• Steady, full-time hours with a consistent daily schedule.

• No experience necessary — we'll train you from day one.

• A straightforward role where you know exactly what's expected each day.
