$18-$19 /Hour. on W2 (Without any benefits)
Shift:
6 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon – Fri) OT is after 2:30 when available, 30 minute lunch
Description:
Performs repetitive mechanical assembly involving sensitive or precise dexterous movements to maintain pace and quality of assembly work.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.
Successfully completes all site-specific training regarding safety and quality.
Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence.
Assembles and/or tests mechanical or electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination.
May assemble minor variations of in-house standard products.
Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, pvc thermal welding and thread taping. Uses simple hand or power tools along with uncomplicated jigs and fixtures.
Completes required documentation related to production.
Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.
Reads and understands simple layout and assembly drawings.
Maintains equipment and area in clean safe condition.
Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations.
