As part of our dedicated team, youll play a vital role in assembling top-quality components, supporting our production needs, and ensuring we meet our schedule and quality standards. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a stable, energetic environment where your dependability and hands-on skills can shine.
Required Skills:
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on assembly tasks
- Ability to read basic work instructions, labels, and simple technical drawings
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift and perform light-to-moderate lifting
- Dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety practices, including PPE compliance
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly lines
- Familiarity with hand tools, measuring devices, or torque tools
- Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED (not mandatory)
- 612 months of assembly or production experience is a plus but not required
