Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator I to support the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices. This role involves working under a microscope to perform assembly, repair, and testing of small, complex components such as pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical device components
- Work under a microscope for extended periods
- Handle and assemble small, delicate parts with precision
- Conduct quality inspection to ensure product standards are met
- Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience (MANDATORY)
- Experience in medical device assembly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Experience working with microscopes
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Strong quality and inspection mindset
